What helps us help you

• A parcel that won’t track — send the tracking number and the courier. We can see what the carrier is actually returning.
• A missing courier — tell us which one and which country. Adding carriers is the easiest thing on our list.
• A bug — your iOS version and what you did just before it happened.
• Billing — subscriptions run through Apple, so refunds go through Apple, but write to us and we’ll point you the right way.

We answer everything, usually within a couple of days. Made in Paris.
